My overall review of Bayar Fellowship is great. A lot of great information and interaction with other Fellows is great as well.

The Bayar Fellowship was my original gateway to professional mentoring back in 2023. Now 2 years later, Esat once again blows my mind and I am happy to support the Fellows!

The Bayar Fellowship was a great opportunity that I was blessed to get, I believe every high school and college student should try their hand at the opportunity.

Excellent program! I would like to thank Esat and volunteers at Bayar Fellowship for this amazing opportunity. All the information shared during the meetings will certainly make my career pathway less challenging. The program provided me detailed information about networking, financial literacy, resume. interviews, internship, and college applications. Esat is a great teacher and all the feedback provided to my peers during the meetings helped me to improve my resume and college applications. My future success will be in part due to Bayar Fellowship due to the impact that the program had in shaping my path. I am absolutely inspired to share the information that I gained through Bayar Fellowship with other students and encourage them to be part of this program next year. Thank you so much Esat for your believing in all of us and the impact that we will have in the future!

The Bayar Fellowship was a really valuable experience. Throughout the program, we had the chance to hear from mentors who gave us great insights. We worked on practical tasks like refining our resumes, and they took the time to review them with us. I also learned useful skills like making cold calls and handling real-world professional situations. It was a great way to build both my confidence and skillset. They weren’t just theoretical; they were hands-on and practical, which made a big difference. I felt like the program really pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and gave me skills I can use right away. Plus, the community was great, and it was awesome connecting with other people who were just as motivated to learn. Overall, it helped me grow a lot both personally and professionally.
