“I had always thought that I was one-step ahead of most people my age. Yet, when I went through the first day of classes at the Bayar Fellowship, I realized that was not the case. I found out that there was so much more to the world, and to myself that I can do to further enhance my academic capabilities. I learned invaluable lessons that I will carry with me, such as how to present myself during an interview, how to form professional essays down to the very minute details, and even financial literacy which isn’t taught within schools. I can confidently say that in the span of 5 days, I have networked, learned and gained skills that I will hold for the rest of my life. “
