“The Bayar Fellowship is an amazing fellowship that allowed for not only me, but my peers, to push ourselves outside of our comfort zone in a safe and judge-free environment. It is a place where everyone wishes for the success of others and continuously help each other grow by giving great feedback. I especially loved the idea that we were able to meet with former Bayar Fellows to see how they applied the lessons we were taught, and how they implemented it into their professional lives. The fellowship was nothing short of welcoming and exceeded my expectations. It has helped me learn very valuable skills that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to learn on my own. I am very grateful to Esat and all the volunteers that made this fellowship possible. This is such a tight knit and encouraging community that I know I can always count on to support all the Bayar Fellows no matter how big or small our achievements are!”
