The team of volunteers, mentors, and guest speakers makes the time you spend in the fellowship worth every second. From the well-crafted presentations on topics ranging from cold calling and finance to the relationships you create at the end of the program. You can tell that the mentors care through their presentations and availability to provide advice, after class hours. As a part of the Bayar Fellowship, fellows will join a supportive network of established professionals, motivated students, and helpful mentors. Overall, the Bayar Fellowship is a beneficial opportunity for students that can help them in their academic and professional pursuits.”

“My overall review of the Bayar Fellowship is that the program is very informative. I learned a lot of skills and was able to rethink my professional development. I found every guest speaker to have a story that can cater to every individual in the program. In this program we were able to focus on our career plans, interview process, networking, cold calling, resume, cover letters, knowing my story, and maximizing every conversation. Although, I have experience in these fields it is always nice to get a different perspective on professional protocols than individuals who have been my long term mentors. By being a part of the Bayar Fellowship I have grown as an individual and want to continue my growth. “
